1. Processing of personal data in BATZ GROUP and its subsidiaries

In accordance with the provisions of the current legislation on the protection of personal data, all persons who apply for a job (hereinafter, "the Candidates") are informed that all personal data provided by the Candidate will be processed in the platform enabled by TALENT CLUE based in Barcelona, for the purpose to manage their application in the different selection processes and will be conserved during the next 4 years. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the explicit consent of the interested.

We need that all the data requested is complete to be able to carry out the selection processes at an optimal level for the Candidate. If the Candidate does not provide all data requested,

BATZ GROUP does not guarantee that the information and services requested can be provided correctly or that they meet the needs of the Candidate.

The Candidate guarantees that the information provided to BATZ GROUP is correct and complete, and must keep it updated at all times, exempting BATZ GROUP from the consequences and damages that the inaccuracy of the same may cause to others and / or to third parties. BATZ GROUP reserves the right to review the information of the Candidates.

 

2. Consent for the treatment

The Candidate expressly consents to the processing of their personal data according to the purposes described in this Privacy Policy; including the transfer of your personal data to other companies within the BATZ GROUP.

The data controller will take the security measures related to: the pseudonymisation and the encryption of personal data; the guarantee of permanent confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of processing systems and services; the ability to restore availability and access to personal data quickly, in the event of a physical or technical incident; and a process of regular verification, evaluation and assessment of the effectiveness of technical and organizational measures to guarantee the safety of treatment.

 

3. Exercise of rights

The Candidate may exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition and portability provided by the applicable laws, by means of a written communication addressed to BATZ GROUP, Barrio Torrea 2, 48140 Igorre - Bizkaia; or by email to rgpd@batz.es. In both cases, the Candidate must accompany a copy of their national identity document, passport or other valid document that identifies them.

 

4. Minors prohibition

The services offered by BATZ GROUP are aimed at people of legal age (14 years old). The Candidate recognizes that he is of legal age. Otherwise, we urge the Candidate to leave the website immediately. 

 

5. Candidate's Obligations

The Candidate must provide accurate data, keep them updated and be responsible for communicating to BATZ GROUP any modification of them.

The Candidate is responsible for third parties personal data that can be processed by BATZ GROUP. In this regard, the Candidate must obtain his prior and express consent, having informed him of the terms contained in this Privacy Policy. The Candidate undertakes to hold the BATZ GROUP harmless against any possible claim, fine or sanction that may be required to be borne as a result of the Candidate's failure to comply with the duty described in this paragraph.

The Candidate also undertakes to hold BATZ GROUP harmless from any possible claim, fine or sanction that may arise as a result of the Candidate's breach of this Privacy Policy. 

 

6. Intellectual and industrial property

All the contents of this website, understood as merely enunciative, texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audiovisual or sound content, as well as its graphic design and source codes (hereinafter , the "Contents"), are the intellectual property of BATZ GROUP or its companies, so no exploitation rights recognized by the current regulations regarding intellectual property are assigned to the Candidate, except for those that are strictly necessary for the use of this employment service.

The trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs are the property of the BATZ GROUP or its companies, so access to this employment service attributes no rights over the said trademarks, trade names and / or distinctive signs.

 

7. Security

BATZ GROUP maintains security levels of personal data protection in accordance with current legislation.

 

8. Modification of this Privacy Policy

BATZ GROUP reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy for any legal adaptation to future legislative or jurisprudential developments, as well as industry practices.

In any case, we will communicate these changes to the Candidates by email.
